At 5 For Fighting, we’re a small, grassroots hockey media company and our merch shop works a little differently than a traditional store.
Every item you order is made specifically for you after you place your order. We don’t have a warehouse full of shirts, hoodies and hats sitting around waiting to be sold. In some cases, the item you ordered might genuinely be the first one we’ve ever made.
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or colour, or no longer want the item.
For that reason, please take a moment to check the product description and sizing information before placing your order.
Something Wrong With Your Order?
While our products are made on demand, mistakes can occasionally happen. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, we’ll make it right.
Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue. Photos help us determine what went wrong and get a solution to you as quickly as possible.
If the problem is confirmed to be a manufacturing or fulfillment error, you will not be responsible for the cost of the replacement.
Wrong Size or Colour
Because every product is made specifically when an order is placed, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for choosing the wrong size or colour.
Please use the sizing information provided on each product page before ordering. If you’re between sizes, we recommend taking a moment to compare the measurements with a shirt or hoodie you already own.
Changed Your Mind?
We get it. Sometimes you order something and decide five minutes later that you absolutely needed the other one.
Unfortunately, because your item goes into production specifically for your order, we generally cannot accept cancellations once production has begun, and we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or simply changing your mind.
If you need to make a change immediately after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit or has not arrived within a reasonable period after the expected delivery date, contact us at five.for.fighting.podcast@gmail.com with your order number.
We’ll look into the shipment and determine the appropriate next step.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping costs to be sent again.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to the fulfillment facility because of an incorrect address, an unclaimed package, or another delivery issue caused by the customer, we may be able to arrange a reshipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply.
Our Promise
We’re building 5 For Fighting from the ground up, and our merch shop is part of that journey. We may not have a giant warehouse or a customer-service department with 47 people answering phones, but we do care about every order that comes through the site.

We’ll look at the situation, work with our fulfillment partner, and do everything we reasonably can to make it right.
